West Kowloon Transfer Station Second Follow-on Contract – Public

Works Programme Item No. 184DR.

The scope of the contract comprises the design and construction of

refurbishment and upgrading works to the existing West Kowloon

Transfer Station (WKTS) located at Stonecutters Island, Kowloon and the

operation and maintenance of the WKTS, including the provision of waste

transfer services. The Contract is scheduled to commence on 19

December 2022, following the expiry of the existing contract (Contract

No. EP/SP/64/11) for the design, construction, operation and maintenance

of the WKTS
